Our NYC Showroom is located on the 4th Floor of the historic Interior Arts Building at 306 E. 61st Street, New York, NY 10065. Please not the showroom is slated to open Summer 2023, but until then we do have our sales team ready to handle all your needs.

For our trade clients with a verified login, we offer online pricing for reference. Please contact the showroom to verify pricing before presenting client proposals. We are not liable for any prices presented to clients that were not part of a formal quote from our showroom sales team. Prices are subject to change on short notice and the website may not reflect accurate pricing. All prices given on a formal quote will be honored for 30 days.
Yes! One of our sales reps would be happy to schedule a meeting with your design firm to show the lines we represent. Once you have an established trade account with us, please email or call the showroom to request a visit. We will add your name to our roster and notify you of upcoming dates when JAMES Showroom will be in your area in NY, NJ, CT, or Eastern PA.
If you have established your trade account with JAMES, we now offer online sample ordering for 15 memos or less. You must have a verified login for your wholesale account to access this feature. All orders will be matched to the correct account before shipping. If the design you require is not available online, simply contact our showroom for all your fabric, wallpaper and carpet sample needs. If you have not yet set up an account, we ask that you fill out the necessary paperwork when you submit your first request.
We offer a wide variety of curated fabrics, wallpapers, lighting, furniture, carpets, art, and accessories for our retail clients. Custom options and online sample ordering are reserved for trade clients only.

We do not stock yardage of any fabrics or wallpaper in our showroom. Some of the lines we represent stock some of their goods while others are made to order, meaning the vendor does not print or weave the product until payment has been received and the order has been placed. If you have a tight deadline we can make recommendations, and check with our vendors to see if they have anything available that fits your needs. Express shipping is available for most of our vendors.
The minimum order requirements for fabric and wallpaper vary depending on the vendor, but our minimum showroom order is 2 yards of fabric or 2 rolls of wallpaper.
Unfortunately we cannot offer wallpaper and fabric quantity estimates. It is the client’s responsibility to contact a professional wallpaper hanger or upholsterer for your quantity estimate.
Unfortunately we do not offer design services, but we are always happy to offer suggestions when time allows! We love to dream up new schemes!
